KanaWorks_AITokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Yoiyami Relics game application (the “App”).
1. About the App
The App does not require account registration or login, does not offer in-app purchases, does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and does not use our own analytics or crash-reporting service.
Both the Android version distributed through Google Play and the iOS version distributed through the App Store are offered as one-time purchases. Neither version contains advertising, additional purchases, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, or Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The iOS version does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization, and neither version tracks users or accesses advertising identifiers.
2. Game Data Stored on the Device and Platform Backups
Game progress and settings are stored on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers. The App does not provide user accounts, proprietary cloud synchronization, or game servers.
Only when Android’s standard backup feature is enabled, one preferences file containing save data and its recovery copy may be copied to the user’s own Google Account backup area or device-to-device transfer. This is an Android OS function; we cannot receive or view this data. WebView cookies and cache are not included in the backup scope specified by the App. Users can disable backup in their device settings.
When iCloud Backup or device-to-device transfer is enabled on iOS, app data such as game progress and settings may be copied to a backup associated with the user’s own Apple Account or transferred to a new device. This is a standard iOS function; we cannot receive or view this data. Users can manage backups through device settings.
Exported save data created from the App’s settings is controlled by the user. We do not receive or store exported save data.
3. Network Communications
The main game can be played offline. Neither the Android nor iOS version automatically makes network requests for advertising, consent management, or tracking. Communications associated with operating-system backups or device transfer are standard platform functions. Normal web communications occur if the user opens an external support or privacy-policy link.
4. Sharing, Sale, and Retention
We do not sell or provide users’ personal information to third parties. The App contains no advertising SDK or proprietary analytics SDK, and neither the Android nor iOS version sends user data to us.
We do not store game save data or user accounts on servers operated by us.
5. Managing and Deleting Data
Users can delete game data stored on the device by using Reset Save Data in the App’s settings, clearing the App’s data through Android settings, or uninstalling the App on Android or iOS. When an operating-system backup is enabled, data may be restored after reinstallation or device transfer. Backups can be managed or deleted through Android / Google Account or iOS / Apple Account settings. Because the App does not create accounts, no account-deletion request is required.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is primarily intended for users aged 16 and older and is not designed for children under 16. The App contains no advertising SDK, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
7. User Rights and Contact
For requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights under applicable law, please use the inquiry form below. Because the App does not keep user accounts or save data on our servers, we may be unable to identify a particular user.

8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will also provide notice within the App where appropriate.
